Monitoring Authority Responsibilities
In order to fulfil the principles each OECD member country shall:
- Designate a monitoring authority for international liaison
- Exchange information relevant to compliance monitoring procedures with other member countries
- Implement procedures so that information about compliance of a test facility (or a particular study) within their jurisdiction can be sought by another member country.
