Report Content
As for the scientific content, the report should include:
- A description of materials and methods used
- A summary of results
- All information required by the study plan
- A presentation of results including calculations and determinations of statistical significance
- An evaluation and discussion of the results and, where appropriate, conclusions

The report should also include the location where the study plan, samples of test and reference items, specimens, raw data and the final report are to be stored. This is to ensure access to those materials should it be necessary in future.
