Report Content
In addition to meeting all the technical requirements, the OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Practice specify the minimum information that is needed in the final report.
The report content reflects the content of the study plan and should include:
- Identification of the study and its descriptive title
- Identity of test item and its characterisation
- Identification of the reference item

As with the study plan, the report content should show where and when the study was conducted and who was responsible. It should contain the name and address of the following:
- Sponsor
- Test facility (and any test sites involved if a multi-site study)
- The Study Director (and Principal Investigator(s) if applicable)
- Scientists having contributed reports to the final report
Along with the experimental starting and completion dates.
